Baseball (January – June): baseball consists of one team of 15 players who meet twice a week for 3 hours each time, once during the week and once on weekends. The team is part of a baseball league through our partnership with Harlem Little League, whose goal is “to develop big league citizens, not big league players.” Divisions are set up by age group which enables children to play against children of similar age and ability. Last year the baseball team was in the Rookie Division for 7-8 year olds, playing 1-2 games per week. This year the team advanced to the Triple A division for 9-10 year olds, playing 2 games per week.
